- Obverse
- There is a depiction of a conventionalized composition made of Heorhii Yakutovych's engraving to 'Shadows of the Forgotten Ancestors'. Above there are: a semicircular inscription: УКРАЇНА (Ukraine), the coin issue year - 2004 (left), the small National Emblem of Ukraine (right) and the coin face value - 2/ ГРИВНІ (2 hryvnia), left from the composition, as well as the Mint logotype of the National Bank of Ukraine.
