- Obverse
- A bandura is depicted encircled with a Baroque ornament and the conventionalized inscription БАНДУРА (bandura) made to look like the Cossack script. (Bandura)
- Reverse
- The raised obverse symbolizes bandura strings. Here a Ukrainian song is reproduced as a conventionalized Baroque ornamentation. Above there is the small National Emblem of Ukraine, conventionalized inscriptions in the Cossack script - УКРАЇНА (Ukraine).
