In the midfield, National Shield; above, in a semicircle, municipal shields Córdoba, Mar del Plata, Buenos Aires, Mendoza and Rosario, World Cup venues disputed in 1978. The only city designated two stadiums ready for the event was Buenos Aires, developed meetings at the Club Atletico Velez Sarsfield and the River. In the exergue, "ARGENTINA 78". linear beading.,
