The genius of France, in front of an altar and engraving on tables the word Constitution, with the scepter of reason designated by an open eye at its end. Next to the altar, on the right, a rooster, symbol of vigilance and the letter of workshop, and on the left, a beam surmounted by the Phrygian cap, emblem of the union and the armed force as well as a lyre.
