Description
1 Ecu - Louis XVI from France. Issued from 1792 to 1793. Struck in Silver (.917). Measures 38.5 mm and weighs 30 g.

- King Louis XVI with date below (Louis XVI King of the French 1792)
- Reverse
- The genius of France, in front of an altar and engraving on tables the word Constitution, with the scepter of reason designated by an open eye at its end. Next to the altar, on the right, a rooster, symbol of vigilance and the letter of workshop, and on the left, a beam surmounted by the Phrygian cap, emblem of the union and the armed force as well as a lyre. On the plynthe of the altar: Dupré in cursive letters. (Reign of the Law BB Year 4 of Liberty)
