- Obverse
- The coat of arms of San Marino surmounted by a crown, on the right side branches of oaks and on the left side olive branches. The name of the state and of the artist appears on the outline of the piece.
- Reverse
- In the foreground representation of the portrait of Robert Schumann, taken from an old drawing of the time, on a musical background, the key of F and key of G. On the left of the mention "10 euros" the date "1810", the year of Schumann, the word "SCHUMANN" and the signature of the German composer. There are two butterflies in the representation sign of the success of his first opera (Opera 2 "Butterfly"). The date of issue "2010" on the right side, "R" at the bottom of the picture, the name of "Colaneri.
