- Obverse
- Coat of arms of Portugal between two arches.
- Reverse
- The Palace Square, gives relief to a monumental Plaza Downtown Lisbon, located on the riverfront, an area that has been the site of the palace of the kings of Portugal for nearly two centuries. After the Revolution of 1910 these buildings were painted with the color pink republican, they have recently recovered their original color, yellow.
