- Bust of Saint-Lambert turned to the left, mitred and wearing the superhumeral cutting the legend. There are at least 5 different variants of the bust engraving.

- Five shields placed in cross: in top, Looz; in bottom, Hornes; on the left Bouillon; on the right, Franchimont; in the center, Liège; in the angles appears the year.
