Naked head of Charles X on the right. Under this head is indicated the name of the engraver. CHARLES X and KING OF FRANCE on both sides of the head.
Reverse
The shield of France crowned between two branches of olive tree, the year is indicated below and the inscription 40 F on both sides of the blazon.
