- Obverse
- A genius writes "HUMAN RIGHTS" on a massive table. This motif borrowed from Augustin Dupré is surrounded by the inscription: "RÉPUBLIQUE FRANÇAISE".
- Reverse
- A tree surmounted by a Phrygian cap has for foliage the motto: "LIBERTÉ ÉGALITÉ FRATERNITÉ". This adaptation of a drawing by Michel Durand-Megret is crossed by a band bearing the face value
