- Head of King Vittorio Emanuele III facing left. Below a branch of oak passing through the Iron Crown (an ancient medieval Crown used for the coronation of the King of Italy) (VITTORIO EMANUELE III KING OF ITALY)
- Reverse
- A running male figure, with the flag of the Kingdom of Italy in his right hand and a small winged Victory in his left, rest his knee on a rock. On the rock is incused a fasces and the motto "VETTA D'ITALIA", below there is the name of the author and the initials of the engraver. (100 LIRE R 1915 - 1918 SUMMIT OF ITALY A.M.INC. MISTRUZZI)
