1½ Euros from France. Issued in 2004. Struck in Silver (.900). Measures 37 mm and weighs 22.2 g.
- Obverse
- Representation of the map of the European Union, after the entry of the 10 new countries, in the form of puzzle and surrounded by the twelve stars of the European flag. The punch of the European common issues is in place of the star at 12H. Below the hallmark the face value "1½ EURO" and on the left "RF".
- Reverse
- Portrait of the goddess Europe with stars in her hair, above 12 monetary acronyms "€" in an arc. To the left of the portrait and below flags on mats symbolizing the European flags.
- Edge
- Smooth with four times the inscription "EUROPA" engraved alternately on the reverse side then on the right side.
