- Obverse
- On the left the portrait of the famous painter with his sign below. On the right, as background a view of the city of Venice, right as those in his famous paintings. Name of the author on the right, along the rim. (Italian Republic)
- Reverse
- A particular taken from one of the Canaletto paintings: "The Bacino di San Marco with the Isola di San Giorgio from the Piazzetta". In the sky, on the left the value, while on the right the two dates of the anniversary at both side of the column. Mintmark at right.
