Description
25 Øre from Norway. Issued from 1896 to 1904. Struck in Silver (.600). Measures 17 mm and weighs 2.42 g.
- Obverse
- Norwegian coat of arms with a crowned lion holding an axe and facing left. A large crown over the shield that has tight vertical lines. Monogram O and II under two smaller crowns on each side of the coat of arms and over wreath branches. Inscription on the top field and beaded ring on the rim. (BROTHER PEOPLE'S WELL O II)
