- Head of Queen Fabiola facing left, head of King Baudouin in half profile to the left, with designer mark below. Text in four languages (Dutch, French, German and Latin) surrounding. (Belgium Baudouin, King's Memorial)
- Reverse
- Divided in two segments. On the left side value, text in Latin and a pelican feeding its young with its own blood (Pelican in her Piety). To the right two dates above and below the name of the queen, and a clover with three leaves. Mint and privy mark and the right. (Love Conquers All)
