1 Écu - Louis XV from France. Issued from 1770 to 1774. Struck in Silver (.917). Measures 41 mm and weighs 29.49 g.
- Obverse
- Head of the king to the left, laureate, the base of the neck draped, on the edge of the neck the name of the engravers. (Louis XV king of France and Navarre)
- Reverse
- Oval shield of France, crowned, between two olive branches; mintmark below; lettering ending with the date. (Blessed be the name of the Lord)
