- A view of the dome of the Senate building and the Saviour's Tower of the Moscow Kremlin, to the right - the mint trademark. The inscriptions along the rim framed by an ornament: at the top — «ТРИ РУБЛЯ 1994 г.» (THREE ROUBLES 1994), at the bottom — «БАНК РОССИИ» (BANK OF RUSSIA) (THREE ROUBLES MMD BANK OF RUSSIA)

- A group of Soviet soldiers with their commander against the background of welcoming residents of Belgrade, the inscriptions along the rim separated by two dots: at the top - "ОСВОБОЖДЕНИЕ ЕВРОПЫ ОТ ФАШИЗМА" (THE LIBERATION OF EUROPE FROM FASCISM), at the bottom - "БЕЛГРАД 20.10.1944" (BELGRADE OCTOBER 20, 1944).
