Obverse

In the center there is the Small National Emblem of Ukraine, underneath the year of coinage - 2006. There are the following circumscriptions: above - НАЦІОНАЛЬНИЙ БАНК УКРАЇНИ (National Bank of Ukraine), below - ДВІ ГРИВНІ (two Hrivnias) and the logotype of the National Bank of Ukraine Mint.

Reverse

Prokopovych is portrayed, to the left of the portrait there is a vertical inscription: В'ЯЧЕСЛАВ / ПРОКОПОВИЧ (Viacheslav / Prokopovych), to the right -1881/ 1942, his years of life.
