Obverse

There is a composition of M. Vrubel "Angels with Labara" from paintings of St. Cyril Church, above there is the semicircular inscription - НАЦІОНАЛЬНИЙ БАНК УКРАЇНИ (The National Bank of Ukraine), below it - the year of coinage - 2006, the Small National Emblem of Ukraine, underneath – the denomination: 5 / ГРИВЕНЬ (5 hryvnias).

Reverse

The St. Cyril Church is depicted with the inscriptions: above the semicircular one - КИРИЛІВСЬКА ЦЕРКВА ХІІ СТ. (St. Cyril Church of the ХІІ century), below - КИЇВ (Kyiv).
