There is a composition within the necklace circlet, which embodies the idea of Ukraine's integrity: the Small National Emblem of Ukraine is enframed in a vegetative ornament and held up by a lion and a Cossack with a musket; there is a circumscription: on the German silver coin - НАЦІОНАЛЬНИЙ/ БАНК/ УКРАЇНИ/ 5/ ГРИВЕНЬ/ 2006 (The National Bank of Ukraine /5 Hrivnias /2006).

Reverse

In the nacklace circlet against the background of the map of Ukraine there is the building of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the circumferential legend: УКРАЇНА/ 15 РОКІВ НЕЗАЛЕЖНОСТІ (Ukraine / 15 Years of independence).
