There are the Small Coat of Arms of Ukraine and the semicircular legend: НАЦІОНАЛЬНИЙ БАНК УКРАЇНИ (National Bank of Ukraine); the conventionalized image of the 16th century icon of the temple - "Descent of the Holy Spirit upon the Apostles" - with the candelabra to the right and left thereof; below - the coin issue year 2009 and the face value 10 ГРИВЕНЬ (10 hryvnias).

Reverse

There is depicted the church with the legends: ЦЕРКВА/СВЯТОГО/ДУХА/XVI/СТ. (Church/of Holy/Spirit/XVI/century) above and РОГАТИН (Rohatyn) below, embowed.
