Obverse
There are the Small Coat of Arms of Ukraine and the semicircular legend: НАЦІОНАЛЬНИЙ БАНК УКРАЇНИ (National Bank of Ukraine) above; the coin issue year 2010 and the face value 20 ГРИВЕНЬ (20 hryvnias) below; the central part of the miracle-working icon within its revetment supported by angels. Under the icon there is the conventionalized inscription ЗИМНЕНСЬКА ІКОНА ПРЕСВ. БОГОРОДИЦІ (Zymne icon of the Blessed Mother of God).
Reverse
