Crowned ornamental arms with flat-topped shield, small Carynthia shield on top (Kärnten), surrounded by the chain of the order of the Golden Fleece, within a circle. The crown breaks the circle and divides the legend. Legend (starts 1h) for "Archidux Austriae Et Carinthiae Dux Burgundiae Etc"
