- The top left of the piece shows the face of singer Édith Piaf in front of a microphone, surrounded by her first name "ÉDITH" and her last name "PIAF". At top right are her greatest hits, such as "Padam...padam...p", "L'Hymne à l'Amour" and "Non je ne regrette rien", with musical notes. At the bottom of the piece is the outline of the Île de France region, with the letters "RF" for République Française on top. Along the listel is the name of the region "Île-DE-FRANCE".
