- Appears on the coin in the upper right the face of the politician Jean Jaurès. His first and last name "JEAN JAURÈS" is written along the listel next to his face. At the top left Jean Jaurès in full popular speech is visible. At the bottom of the coin is the outline of the Midi-Pyrénées region with the letters "RF" for French Republic on top. Along the listel is written the name of the region "MIDI-PYRENEES".
