- Obverse
- The top left of the coin features the face of politician Félix Éboué, surrounded by his first name "FÉLIX", and his last name "ÉBOUÉ". At top right is the Paris Pantheon and a Lorraine cross, symbol of the French Resistance. At the bottom of the coin is the outline of the French Guiana region, with the letters "RF" for République Française above it. Along the scroll is the name of the region "GUYANE".

- The face value between two branches of laurel and oak, surrounded by the French motto and three hexagons.
