2 Liards from Luxembourg. Issued from 1759 to 1760. Struck in Copper. Measures 27.5 mm and weighs 6.5 g.
- Obverse
- Oval Luxembourgish shield, crowned and decorated with rockery motifs, surrounded by legend and an external girdle (Maria Theresa by the Grace of God, Holy Roman Empress, Queen of Germany, Hungary and Bohemia, Archduchess of Austria, Duchess of Luxembourg)
- Reverse
- Crowned monogram of Maria Theresa, surrounded by legend and an external girdle. The Brussels mint mark (angel's head) at the bottom. (Justice and clemency)
