- On the three steps of a podium, underpinned by the three terms of the Republican motto "EQUALITY, FREEDOM and FRATERNITY", the main Parisian monuments stand out: the Hôtel de Ville, the Arc de Triomphe de l'Etoile, the obelisk of the Place de la Concorde, the towers of La Défense, the Eiffel Tower, the Pantheon and the Pont-Neuf. Face value: "1 1/2 EUR". The mention : "RÉPUBLIQUE FRANÇAISE". In the exergue the logotype of the "9th WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS OF ATHLETICS" and the year.
