100 Kronor from Sweden. Issued in 1988. Struck in Silver (.925). Measures 32 mm and weighs 16 g.
- Obverse
- Head of king facing left. Artist initials below neck (Carl XVI Gustaf King of Swedens)
- Reverse
- At right sailing ship "Kalmar Nyckel" with the wind in the sails on the open sea. At left, below, an excerpts of Delaware map with position of Fort Christina selected. Above the map the monogram of Queen Christina: three crowns along with CRS (Christina Regina Sueciae), as taken from the copper coins from her reign. Along the rim the legend with the value flanked by the letters ED: the letter “E” indicates the place the coin was minted and on the right are the letter “D” is the initials of the Riksbank Governor.
