In a center circle two standing figures under a tree. Outside the different growth stages of a tree: from seed to a mature tree. Date is at bottom. The obverse has a cortex-like framework (International year of the forest)
Reverse
Three crowns on a tree ring design. Value below. At sides the letters E and U: E (at left) shows where the coin has been struck: Eskilstuna; the letter U (at right) s the first letter in the surname of the Governor of the Riksbank.
