Description
20 Cents from Fiji. Issued from 2012 to 2014. Struck in Nickel plated steel. Measures 23.85 mm and weighs 4.75 g.
- Obverse
- Kadavu shining parrot (Kaka, Prosopeia splendens), or Crimson shining parrot, endemic to the islands of Kadavu and Ono.
- Reverse
- Tabua separating the denomination. Sperm Whale tooth suspended from a chain of looped sennit fibre, magimagi (coconut or Pandanus fibre). Used as ritual present.
