In the centre of the disc - the indication of the face value of the coin "10 РУБЛЕЙ" (10 ROUBLES). Inside of the figure "0" - hidden pictures of the figure "10" and of the inscription "РУБ" (RUB) visible by turns on changing angle of vision. Along the rim - circular inscriptions, on top: "БАНК РОССИИ" (BANK OF RUSSIA), on bottom - the date: "2013", to the left - the stylized image of an olive branch, to the right - of the oak one. In the centre of the disc in the background of graphic contours of a stadium - the stylized relief image of the official talisman of the Universiade in appearance of the kit of the snow leopard - the national symbol of the Republic of Tatarstan - running with a torch, below to the right - the Logotype of the Universiade (inscription in four lines: "UNIVERSIADE KAZAN 2013 RUSSIA", made by prints of different sizes with five asterisks under it) and the Emblem of the Universiade (stylized graphic image of a tulip) located to the left of the Logotype.
