Obverse

Above the small State Emblem of Ukraine and the semicircular inscription NATIONAL BANK OF UKRAINE, under which (right) year of issue - 2013; against the house with chimeras portrait of a semicircular inscription Gorodetsky, the left of which - the years of the life of an architect in 1863 - 1930, on which denomination - 5 UAH Mint logo of the National Bank of Ukraine.

Reverse

A fragment of the sculptural composition decorating the facade of the building is depicted in relief on the mirror background of the outline of the house with chimeras; a facsimile of the architect is placed vertically on a mirrored background. (House with Chimeras)
