Reverse
The figure of a woman against a background of a flag, which is the symbol of the Motherland. The woman has an olive brunch in her right hand and a heraldic shield with the Coat of Arms in her left hand. The inscription to the right in four lines: «ПРИМИРЕНИЕ И СОГЛАСИЕ» (RECONCILIATION AND CONCORD), to the left – the dates «1917», «19 », «1993», «1997» against a background of a flag.
