Above, there is the semicircular legend НАЦІОНАЛЬНИЙ БАНК УКРАЇНИ (NATIONAL BANK OF UKRAINE); to the right, there is the Small National Coat of Arms of Ukraine, the coin's issue year 2013, and a stylized composition with Antony of the Caves in the center, against the background of wing-like cliffs; beneath, there is an Old Rus ornament and the semicircular legend ДВАДЦЯТЬ ГРИВЕНЬ (TWENTY HRYVNIAS).
Reverse
There is a composition consisting of a stylized fragment of the Cave Monastery, a cross procession of monks and pilgrims, a pigeon (to the left, above), and rays symbolizing the Holy Spirit.
