Description
1 Patagon from Prince-bishopric of Liege. Issued in 1792. Struck in Silver. Measures 40 mm and weighs 26 g.
- Obverse
- Left bust of Saint-Lambert, mitred and wearing the superhumeral.
- Reverse
- Oval shield bearing the principality's quartered arms (Bouillon, Looz, Franchimont, Hornes, Liège, all in the German style), adorned with the electoral bonnet and set on an ermine-furred mantle. 5-petal rosette at the beginning of the legend.
