Obverse

Above there is the Small Coat of Arms of Ukraine with the semicircular inscription НАЦІОНАЛЬНИЙ БАНК УКРАЇНИ (National Bank of Ukraine); thereunder is represented a girl with the needle in hand embroidering a cloth, a part whereof is coloured (tampography); against the background of the cloth : 5 ГРИВЕНЬ (5 hryvnias) ; thereunder to the right 2013. To the left, the mark of the National Bank of Ukraine Mint.

Reverse

Coloured fragment of the vyshyvanka cloth: the tampography is used; above and below there are the semicircular inscriptions УКРАЇНСЬКА (Ukrainian) and ВИШИВАНКА (vyshyvanka) respectively
