- Obverse
- With bonnet crowned and quartered shield arms. Centershield on a slanted cross made of a staff and a sword. The bonnet interrupts the text. In quarters 1 and 4 of the arms of the Palatinate (lion) and in quarters 2 and 3 the arms of Bavaria (diamonds), the centershield is the weapon of Bouillon. The shield divided the date. (FERDINANDUS DEI GRATIA EPISCOPUS LEODIENSIS Ferdinand, by Gods grace, bishop of Liege)
- Reverse
- With a bonnet crowned letters F*B (Ferdinand Bavaria) separated by the perron of Liège and rosette. (DUX BULLONIENSIS MARCHIONIS FRANCHIMONTIS COMES LOSSENSIS HORNENSIS Duke of Bouillon, marquis of Franchimont, count of Loon and Horne)
