Head of the nymph Arethusa on the right, with necklace and earrings, surrounded by four swimming dolphins on the left. Between the head and the dolphins, inscriptions meaning: (currency) of Syracuse.

- Steed passing to the right, guided by an charioteer holding the reins in one hand and a whip in the other. Above, Victory (Niké) flying to the right and crowning the carriage. Below, Scylla (not visible here).
