2 Hryvni from Ukraine. Issued in 2000. Struck in Nickel brass (German silver). Measures 31 mm and weighs 12.8 g.
- Obverse
- Within the concentric circles separated by solar marks there is depicted the small National Emblem of Ukraine set in the ceramics of the Trypillia culture discovered by Vikentii Khvoika during his archeological investigations. On the coin there is a conventionalized four-line inscription: УКРАЇНА, 2000, ДВІ, ГРИВНІ . (Ukraine/ 2000/ 2 /hryvnia)
