- Bust of King Vittorio Emanuele III in high uniform. Below, at left, a knot in a rectangle.
- Reverse
- Allegoric figure of agricultural Italy depicted as a women carrying a sheaf of wheat on her left and with her right hand on a plow. The value is in the background left and right of the woman. Below, in the exergue, are the name of the engraver and tof the author and the date between mintamark and the Star of Italy. (KINGDOM OF ITALY 10 LIRE)
