½ Real - Fernando VII from Mexico. Issued from 1815 to 1821. Struck in Silver (.903). Measures 17.5 mm and weighs 1.69 g.

- King Fernando 7th bust looking right. Surrounded by lettering with date at bottom. (Fernando 7th by the grace of God)
- Reverse
- At center Spain's Royal coat of arms. In a circle the lettering which contains the colonial motto "Hispania * et * Indias * Rex", Mint, and Assayer's initials. (King of Spain and the Indies Mexico City JJ)
