Reverse
In center the value inside a circle. Around, clockwise, a wheel, a rudder and a radio telescope, amonst the most important human discoveries that have allowed man to create a "global village". Between this objects, coming out from central circle as an helix three bands with, respectively, flowers, sea waves and stars. Mintmark is in lower left.
