- Inside a ring with legend and name of the engraver the reproduction of the obverse of the 1 Lira 1922 with a woman seated on a throne as allegory of Italy. (Italian Republic Italy)
- Reverse
- In center the reproduction of the reverse of the coin 1 Lira 1946 with value and the Savoy arms. In the outer ring the date and the value are at opposite poles and at sides decorations with big dots. (Good for 1 Lira)
