- Crowned dutch lion between 16 and 21

- In the center, a large crowned shield with the arms of the United Provinces (a lion standing, crowned, facing left, armed with a sword in the right paw and holding a bundle of seven arrows pointed in the left paw); the year of issue cut on each side. Latin legends around the edge with a "cross" symbol at 12 o'clock.
