- Draped and armored bust of Charles I of Gonzaga, bare head on the right with a large milled collar. Beginning of legend at 12 o'clock, beaded circle. (Charles I, Duke of Mantova, Sovereign of Arches.)
- Reverse
- Three lilies placed 2 and 1, surrounded by the arms of Alençon. In the center, a sun. Start of legend at 12 o'clock. Double circle divided by eight pellets. (Double Denier of the Principality of Arches.)
