- The two-headed eagle designed by artist I. Bilibin. The inscriptions along the rim: at the top — «3 РУБЛЯ 1997 г.» (3 ROUBLES 1997), at the bottom — «БАНК РОССИИ» (BANK OF RUSSIA).
