- Bust of King Vittorio Emanuele III in high uniform facing right. Above his right shoulder the monogram EB of the engraver
- Reverse
- Within the Collare dell'Annunziata, disposed in circle, the Shield of Savoy flanked by olive branches. Above the shield the Crown of Italy. At sides the value. Below the date, with at left the name of the medal firm that coined this pattern.
