- Obverse
- Head of King facing left. Below the neck the name of the author. (Victor Amadeus, by God's grace, King of Sardinia, Cyprus and Jerusalem.)
- Reverse
- Displayed eagle, with oval shield of Savoy arms on breast, above a crown between rosettes. The eagle is perched on cross rod and scepter, adorned with the Collar of Annunziata. (Duke of Savoy, Genua and Monferrato, Prince of Piedmont.)
