Crowned bust right, small stylized flower at end of legend, above crown.
Reverse
Three line inscription. At top, value in Roman numerals, Polish eagle, Wasa arms and Lithuanian rider. At bottom, lion in cartouche (Lewart) divides initials I F and date. (Silver three grossus of the Kingdom of Poland)
