Crowned quartered shield with Greater Arms of Sweden (Three crowns of Sweden in first and fourth quadrant; Folkungs Lion in second and third; smaller shield with Vasa Arms in center) divides date at sides. Shield is within a circle with legend outside. (Karl, by the Grace of God, designed King and hereditary Prince of Sweden)
Reverse
Radiant sun with Hebrew letters for "Jehovah" within double inner circle with two different legend: King's motto in inner circle and value in letters in the outer one. (God is my comfort)
